We provide editable digital products such as:

Animated Canva invitations
Printable event cards
Customizable templates for personal and small business use

These terms outline how our products may be used, how they’re delivered, and what you can expect from us as a digital design provider.

1. Product Use License

By purchasing any digital product from Digital ArteCrafts, you are granted a non-exclusive license to use the files under the following terms:

You Are ALLOWED To:

Print and sell the physical version of the design (e.g., printed invitations, cutouts, props, or kits) for personal, classroom, or small business use
Use the designs for client projects, as long as only printed or finished physical products are delivered

You Are NOT ALLOWED To:

Resell, share, or distribute the digital files (including editable Canva links, PDFs, or any source files)
Upload the designs to file-sharing platforms, social media, or marketplaces for public access or resale
Modify and resell the digital product as another digital item
Claim the designs as your own original work

This license is designed to support creative individuals and small businesses while protecting the value of our original designs. Thank you for respecting our work.

2. Canva Requirements

Some of our templates are created using Canva Pro elements and may require a Canva Pro account to access or edit fully. If you don’t have Canva Pro, we recommend signing up for Canva’s free 30-day trial to unlock all features.

By using our templates, you also agree to comply with Canva’s Terms of Use and licensing policies. You are responsible for ensuring your use of the template aligns with Canva’s guidelines regarding commercial use, asset modification, and file exports.

3. Delivery & Access

All digital templates are delivered via email or Facebook Messenger within 1–24 hours after confirmed payment.

Please make sure to:

Download or duplicate your Canva templates immediately upon receiving the link
Save a personal copy to your Canva account for future access

Note: Access links may expire after 60 days for security and file management purposes. If you lose access, just reach out to us with proof of purchase — we’re happy to help.

No physical product will be shipped. All items are digital and intended for personal download and use only.

4. Payments

We currently accept secure QR code payments through the following platforms:

GCash
Maya
SeaBank

QR codes are conveniently provided on the checkout page for a quick and easy payment process.

Please complete your payment within the indicated time to avoid order delays.

Credit/Debit card payments (via Xendit) will be supported soon.

We do not store or process card details directly on our site.

5. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final and non-refundable. Once a file has been delivered or accessed, we cannot issue a return, exchange, or refund.

Please review product details carefully before purchasing, and feel free to message us if you have any questions before checkout.

6. Affiliate Links

Some pages or posts may contain affiliate links. If you click on one and make a purchase, we may earn a small commission, at no additional cost to you.

These links help support our work and allow us to keep offering affordable designs. We only recommend tools and platforms we personally use and trust.

7. Intellectual Property

All digital templates, designs, and branding are the intellectual property of Digital ArteCrafts.
By purchasing a product, you are granted a limited-use license, not ownership of the design.

Strictly prohibited:

Reproducing or reselling our digital files
Redistributing or uploading our templates publicly
Claiming our work as your own

We reserve the right to take legal action against unauthorized use.
